Fresno Madera Farm Credit, ACA is committed to the highest standards of moral and ethical behavior by its employees, management team, and others involved within the Association.  Providing a program for reporting, monitoring, and addressing exceptions to moral and ethical behavior are important to the Association’s continued safety and soundness. 

The whistleblower program (Program) is established by the Audit Committee of the Association for known or suspected issues related to illegal or unethical misconduct, violations of regulation or FMFC policy (including those related to Standards of Conduct Policies, Code of Ethics, accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, or auditing matters), or fraud, corruption, or operational weakness.  Furthermore, it may be used for reporting situations, events or actions by individuals or groups that you believe carry a negative impact on company or shareholder well-being or is detrimental to morale, productivity, or personal safety. 

The Program is designed to provide a means of collecting concerns, improving internal communication, and collecting information regarding emerging issues.  Its implementation contributes to the Association’s overall system of internal controls.
